Doris J. Wipper Teen Center
The Wipper Teen Center serves grades 7-12 and is located at 1395 Summer Street NE in Salem, Oregon. The professional staff at The Club is dedicated to creating opportunities for guidance and growth in an environment that is fun, safe, and inviting to all teens that come through our doors. We provide experiences that build character, confidence, and the life skills that are necessary to succeed in the world outside of the Club. Our organization is committed to meeting the needs of the numerous teens that live in our community.

We are committed to providing positive youth development experiences for our members to support them in reaching their full potential. Our Clubs provide a wide variety of nationally recognized programs and experiential learning opportunities in three core areas:

Our programs foster a sense of belonging, competence, and usefulness, and build self-esteem and self-confidence among Club members. Each of our Clubs tailors their programs and activities to best suit members’ collective interests and demographics.
We have something for every child. Our staff is dedicated to inspiring all members at the Boys & Girls Club.
