The Flow-Riders
There
is nothing more difficult than the challenge to improve yourself. In
2009, eight Boys & Girls Club members, ranging in age from 13-16,
committed themselves to healthier lifestyles, academic success, good
character and citizenship through the Flow Riders Youth Cycling Team.
Team members participate in weekly spin classes, road training,
nutrition lessons, bike safety and academic support programs. As they
train to ride 75 miles in the Boys & Girls Club's Cycle Challenge on
June 26, 2010, they are challenging themselves to a brighter future.
